MOCK REQUEST FORM

Complete the following to request assistance in an upcoming mock assessment.  Your request will be immediately processed for consideration.

MOCK CONSIDERATIONS

§  If your agency is planning for a 1 day mock, plan for a minimum of 6 assessors for a thorough assessment.

§  If your agency is a considerable distance from support agencies, consideration should be given to provide overnight accomodations for at least the day prior to the file review.

§  It is not necessary that all mock assessment participants be a certified assessor through CALEA, however, mock assessment training is now being offered at the CALEA conferences for all attendees interested.

§  It is strongly recommended by both CALEA and SOAR that ALL agencies have a successful mock at least 3-6 months prior to the actual CALEA on-site.
